1. All T Shirt designs remain copyright of the designer and may not be copied or used for any purpose without permission.
2. All contents of the Planet Truth website remains copyright to Planet Truth.

Privacy
1. All details collected in the database will not be disclosed to a third party. Details will only be utilised by Planet Truth to send your purchases and/or to send you information about new Planet Truth designs if you have opted in for this information.

Purchase of Product
1. Full purchase price plus shipping/handling fee must be received by Planet Truth prior to the order being accepted.
2. All purchases are processed in Australian Dollars.
3. For international customers the exchange rate from Australian Dollars will be calculated by the customers’ relevant bank processing facilities and is not the responsibility of Planet Truth.
4. For international customers all duties and taxes relevant to their particular country may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Should any item be out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified by Planet Truth. You will be given the option of a refund or the opportunity to wait until the item is in stock.
6. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted & in any event within 30 days of your order. We currently process and dispatch online orders at least once a week.

Exchange or Return                                                                                                ‘Happy Planet Happy People’ Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
The following must be adhered:
1) Must include name, address, contact numbers and email address, date received, design/size the garment, copy of invoice and any order reference number.
2) If product is faulty, provide a description of the fault.
3) The T Shirt must be in its original condition and will not be accepted if it has been laundered or altered in any way.
3) Send package to Planet Truth – PO Box 198 Main Beach QLD 4217 Australia. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
4) The customer is responsible for return postage.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Liability
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk & we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

1.  If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
2.  If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
3. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, other natural catastrophe, fire, explosion or accident.
